Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling your child at Udhayaam Matric. Hr.Sec. School or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Admission and Enrollment

• Admission is subject to availability of seats and completion of the admission process
• All information provided during admission must be accurate and truthful
• The school reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons
• Admission can be withdrawn if any information is found to be false or misleading
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of applicable fees

Fees and Payments

• All fees must be paid by the specified due dates
• Late payment may result in late fees or suspension of services
• The school reserves the right to revise fee structure with prior notice
• Refunds are subject to the school's refund policy
• Non-payment of fees may result in cancellation of admission

Academic Policies

• Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to be eligible for examinations
• Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism and cheating, will not be tolerated
• The school follows the academic calendar as published and notified to parents
• Promotion to the next grade is based on academic performance and conduct

Student Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and follow school rules
• Bullying, harassment, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited
• Use of prohibited items (weapons, drugs, alcohol) will result in immediate action
• Damage to school property must be compensated by the student/parent
• The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion for serious misconduct

Parent Responsibilities

• Parents must ensure regular and punctual attendance of their child
• Parents should attend parent-teacher meetings and respond to school communications
• Medical conditions or special needs must be disclosed to the school
• Parents must ensure their child follows the dress code and brings required materials
• Any change in contact information must be promptly updated with the school

Safety and Security

• The school maintains comprehensive safety measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
• Parents must authorize individuals who can pick up their child from school
• The school is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings
• Emergency contact information must be kept current

Withdrawal and Transfer

• Parents must provide written notice at least one month in advance for withdrawal
• Transfer certificate will be issued only after clearing all dues
• The school may withhold documents until all financial obligations are met

Limitation of Liability

The school shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. The school's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to Terms

Udhayaam Matric. Hr.Sec. School reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to parents through official channels. Continued enrollment after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
